This property is in a fantastic location. It's close to a lot of great eateries and theaters, it's a <$10 Uber or Lyft from downtown, and it's close to the interstate for easy access to everything. These aren't luxury apartments, but they units and buildings are clean and well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Neighbors are all very friendly. I've lived here for two years, and I've known management to be very helpful and responsive to requests. Overall, it's a great place to live at a grVaheh Hartoonian - Resident
Hallelujah!. The disreputable management company we've had to suffer with for a year is out - along with their unbelievably incompetent manager who tried to operate the complex as if it were an army barracks. In fact, I attended a girl's boarding school in high school and it wasn't as rigid as this place. That was back in the 50s, for Pete's Sake. I've lived here for about 10 years and not once have I had a manager as rude, unprofessional and unethical as this lady was. But it's a new day. ThLeslie Parsley - Resident
We love it at Covenant Crossing! The office staff is wonderful and I feel safe housing my toddler here. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a super convenient location! :)Cierra Owoyemi - Former Resident
